    AREA is pleased to present its 2016 additional opportunities for recognition and advertising during the AREA conference.

    Hospitality Suite – Choose Donation Level

    *A variety of beverages and snacks will be available from 8PM – 10PM Monday, October 24 to Wednesday, October 26. Donor recognition will be displayed in the Hospitality Suite throughout the duration of the conference. Please submit your logo (PDF or high-resolution JPEG format) to by August 18.

    Ad Space in Conference Program Book
    Ad Specifications, final high-resolution ads by September 20.
    *$200 full-page ad = 7.5" x 10"
    *$100 ½ page ad = 7.5" x 4.875"
    *$50 ¼ page ad = 3.625" x 4.875"

    ****Special, any sponsor paying $5,000 will have a full-page color ad on the back cover

    Submit artwork to by August 18.  PDF files preferred, high-resolution JPEG is acceptable at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.  The minimum font size is 9pts.

    Conference Bags for Participants

    *Attendees will pick up a conference bag at the AREA desk when they check-in. We accept samples, products, coupons, discounts notices and the like. Items must arrive at NCTC no earlier than October 17 and be available no later than October 19. Deliveries outside those dates can not be accepted.     Silent Auction Items – Deliver to AREA Registration Desk

    *Your silent auction donations support student scholarships, our future conservationists. Bring items that travel well, or be prepared to ship items to winner.  Bring your items to the AREA registration desk October 24 or 25.
